Volunteer Visions offers project placements throughout the world to individuals who seek adventure, cultural immersion and have the desire to make a difference. Our projects are aimed at identifying areas in need and using direct voluntary action to create self-sustainable communities.

Volunteer Visions is based upon the idea that through your visions, you can reach out to low-resourced communities and create tangible results. By donating your time and energy and working with communities at a grass roots level you can create immediate and lasting impacts on both individuals and communities.

We Are Affordable

We strongly believe that volunteering should be accessible and available to everyone and that financial and economic barriers should not deter people from experiencing volunteering. That is why our program fees are typically 50-75% lower than that of other leading volunteer organizations.

We are able to offer affordable rates because we operate directly in the countries and communities that we are working with. By operating in this manner, we are able to lower our administrative costs, create employment for local people, become directly involved in the local communities and offer our program at significantly reduced rates.

Comprehensive Package of Services

Volunteer Visions understands that you are donating your time and money to volunteer abroad. That is why we offer a comprehensive package of services at a price that is affordable while maintaining the highest standard of services. The following services are included in our programs:

Quality Programs and Safety

Extensive amounts of time and research have gone into assuring the quality and safety of our destinations, housing, and projects. We maintain direct communication with the project leaders in order to verify continual quality control and ensure the safety of our volunteers. We require medical insurance and/or emergency medical evacuation/consultation coverage. Our partner, Global Rescue, provides the ultimate peace of mind in medical evacuation and other services.
